August bank holiday

Due to possible postal delays over the August bank holiday, we recommend you don't post your blood sample on the following days:

• Friday 25 August to Monday 28 August (regular service resumes on Tuesday 29 August).

You should always post your blood sample on the same day you take your test, so be aware that postal delays can affect this process. 

Delivery information

After you order your Ivie test, you’ll get a test kit package delivered to your home in 1-3 working days. All our test kits are designed to fit through your letterbox, so you don’t have to wait around at home for your delivery.

Please check Royal Mail's strike updates to find out if your delivery could be delayed. And please make sure you don't post your sample back the day before a pending strike, otherwise, it'll sit at the depot and won't be delivered.
